We take great care in sourcing, inspecting, packing, and delivering fresh produce to ensure maximum quality and freshness.
If you receive any item that is:
- Damaged
- Spoiled
- Incorrect
- Missing
- Not meeting expected quality standards
Please contact our support team within 1 hour of receiving your order.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, physical returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

Once fresh produce has been packed or dispatched for delivery, cancellations may no longer be possible due to perishability.
